Siren Isles
Siren Isle is a storm-wrecked island, originally used by the Ashvane Company as a source of Azerite during the Fourth War - but its inhabitants have mysteriously disappeared. Siren Isle is the new zone we will uncover in The War Within Patch 11.0.7; this guide is a comprehensive compendium of all features and activities to do within the zone, including quests, mechanics, and other features.

Unlocking Siren Isle in Patch 11.0.7
You unlock Siren Isle by completing a questline offered by Dawn inside the Foundation Hall in Dornogal. The quest The Expedition Awaits starts a short questline that will eventually lead you to Siren Isle! Afterward, you'll go through an introductory questline that should take less than 20 minutes. This grants you access to the main activities on Siren Isle and the new catch-up ring, the Cyrce's Circlet.

Siren Isle Mole Machine
Initially, you can reach Siren Isle via Zeppelin from Dornogal. However, after completing the introduction, you'll gain access to the island via a mole machine! This machine will be stationed just outside Gundargaz in the Ringing Deeps and will transport you to and from Siren Isle.

Flying on Siren Isle in Patch 11.0.7
There are two methods of flying on Siren Isle - Normal flying, which is only available on non-storm Siren Isle, and Experimental Go-Pack Experimental Go-Pack, which propels you up in the air and gives you a glider. Go-Packs can be used in both no-storming and storming versions of Siren Isle.
Experimental Go-Pack
The first method we've discovered that allows for limited flying in Siren Isle are the Experimental Go-Pack Experimental Go-Pack! These rockets will propel you into the air and give you a glide, allowing you to aim your descent. They're obtainable early on in your Siren Isle adventures and once you gain access to them, they're easily replenishable - You should be able to easily have one on your hands at all times.
How to get Go-Pack
You will be able to gain access to Go-Packs after completing the quest Peak Precision Peak Precision - These will then become available for purchase with Sally Boltwrench by Flotsam Shoal on the non-storm phase of Siren Isle. Each Go-Pack costs 10 Flame-Blessed Iron Flame-Blessed Iron, lasts for 1 hour, and you can carry up to 10 at a time.

Wings of the Siren - Full-Fledged Flying
During your time in Siren Isle, you will go through a couple of quests to earn upgrades for your Cyrce's Circlet Cyrce's Circlet. The last quest in the chain, Cyrce Would Be So Proud, teaches you how to master the strong winds of Siren Isle, and finishing this quest will allow you to fly in Siren Isle while it's not storming!
Unfortunately for those who want to fly, you will still be grounded in Siren Isle while a storm is going on due to Seafury Tempest - As of right now on the 11.0.7, you can choose whether you go into a storm or not (but there are different objectives and enemies while a storm is going on in Siren Isle).

Cyrce's Circlet Ring
Cyrce's Circlet is a new piece of equipment being added in Patch 11.0.7. Like the Onyx Annulet from Dragonflight, this ring has three sockets that allow for different effects from gems named Singing Citrines. These Citrines have a range of different effects that can build a pretty powerful ring!

New Currency: Flame-Blessed Iron
Siren Isle introduces a new currency, Flame-Blessed Iron. Flame-Blessed Iron is obtained from a variety of activities around Siren Isle and used to purchase items from vendors there. This includes catch-up gear, extra gems for your Cyrce's Circlet, and donations to trigger Major Excavations. Flame-Blessed Iron drops from most activities in Siren Isle and is pretty easily farmable:
- Common mobs: 1-5 Flame-Blessed Iron
- Elite mobs: 5-25 Flame-Blessed Iron
- Rare mobs: 100-150 Flame-Blessed Iron
- Treasure Chests: 25-75 Flame-Blessed Iron
- Major Excavation Events: 250-300 Flame-Blessed Iron (from the boss)
- Daily Quests: 200 Flame-Blessed Iron

Major Excavations
Major Excavations are a world event that can be triggered with donations of Flame-Blessed Iron Flame-Blessed Iron. You can donate your iron by interacting with the Command Map in the middle of Flotsam Shoal - Each contribution requires 5 and it takes 30 contributions for an event to start - For a total of 150 Flame-Blessed Iron Flame-Blessed Iron per Major Excavation.

Once a Major Excavation is triggered
Once a Major Excavation is triggered, a world event vignette will appear on the Siren Isle map indicating the location, and you'll have 3 minutes to gather at the location while the NPCs you've contributed with are working on excavating the area. Once the area is cleared up, a special Rare enemy will spawn, and killing it finishes the Major Excavation event.
Major Excavation events have a 5-minute cooldown once completed, but once that cooldown is done, you're able to contribute again and start it all over!
