Hero Classes
Blizzard's Deep Dive WoW panel revealed additional details on the new Hero Talents system, providing a brief overview of how the new system will work in The War Within Expansion. Hero Talents are evergreen, self-contained talent trees that bring additional fantasy to your class experience by introducing iconic Warcraft archetypes.

Hero Talent Overview
As an example, Blizzard walked through the Balance Druid Hero Talent trees to display how these might work. Keeper of the Grove talents are shared with Balance and Restoration Druids and focus on improving your character by focusing on Treants and the power of nature. Elune's Chosen primarily focuses on Lunar spells and is shared between Balance and Guardian Druids.

How Hero Talents Work
- The number of trees is equal to the number of specs available for that class.
- Each spec has 2 trees shared with one of their other specs.
- Freely swap talents and trees at will.
- 10 Talent Points, each earned for each level from 71 to 80.
- Several choice nodes per spec and a final capstone talent.

Hero Talent Spec Names
Blizzard ended the Deep Dive panel by revealing the full list of Hero Talent spec names available for all 13 classes. The full set of Hero Talents should be available for testing when Alpha launches in Spring 2024.

New Specialization Icons
During the Deep Dive panel, Blizzard also unveiled the new specialization icons that will accompany the Hero Talents system. These icons have been designed to visually represent the characteristics and essence of each specialization, helping players easily identify their choices within the new system.
