Introduction & Context
Patch 11.1.7 introduces the Titan D.I.S.C. Belt, built around the new Overcharged Delves system. It starts at item level 684 and can be upgraded weekly to ilvl 699

Acquisition
- Pick up a quest from the Delver’s Pavilion in Dornogal.
- Run at least one Overcharged Delve (two daily spawns).
- Defeat Titan constructs to collect 50 Disc Shards.
- Use them at the Overcharged Titan Console to obtain the base belt

Upgrades & Item Level
You can upgrade the belt weekly through a quest similar to the Cyrce’s Circlet track. After five weeks, it reaches its maximum ilvl 699

Proc Mechanics
- Miniature Titan Discs drop from final boss chests.
- Each disc unlocks one selectable proc; only one can be active at a time.
- Belt includes two built‑in procs, and additional discs offer healing, shielding, or damage boosts.
- Procs are shared with your entire Warband and can be swapped anytime via the belt

Abilities List
Players will start with just two effects, with the other seven discovered as drops inside specific Delves, as indicated by their tooltips. In our testing, additional discs were discovered inside end-of-delve caches, though they may not be guaranteed (Energy Shield is the exception, unlocked through the Titan Console). Unlike the console bonuses though, these belt effects do trigger outside of Delves.
Charged Bolts - single target damage dealing proc.
Cauterizing Bolts - smart healing proc.
Critical Chain - stacking critical strike.
Spark Burst - haste proc.
Static Charge - grants 20 stacks of Versatility, diminishing with each special attack.
Electric Current - constant mastery buff that builds up, shrinks back down, and repeats.
Charged Touch - another smart healing proc.
Energy Shield - uncontrollable damage absorption shield.
Charged Crystal - split damage proc.

How Good is the D.I.S.C. Belt?
Starting at item level 684, and being upgradable to 700 over the course of 5 weeks, you might expect the power of this belt to be substantial. But sadly, in its current state, it's often worse than an equal item level belt. Though with its higher item level potential than any other belt currently available, it should at least be an upgrade for everyone, though a minor one at best, which we can see in the Frost DK sims below:
Single Target (itm 700)
- Static Charge : 0.8%
- Electrical Current: 0.7%
- Critical Chain: 0.6%
- Spark Burst: 0.2
Multi Target (itm 700)
- Critical Chain: 0.7%
- Electrical Current: 0.7%
- Static Charge : 0.6%
- Spark Burst: 0.4%
