Deep within the bowels of the queen's palace, Broodtwister Ovi'nax conducts abominable experiments with the black blood found in Azj'Kahet. This corpulent horror lumbers through the palace's cavernous depths, regurgitating inky sludge onto hatchlings to observe its gruesome effects.

Heroic Changes
The boss covers several players in webs. These players take damage and are massively slowed until dispelled. Dispelling them causes an explosion that damages and roots nearby players.
Let the targeted players move away from the raid before dispelling them.

To be thrown at the boss's engagement.
Mythic Changes
8 players are targeted by Experimental Dosage. You need 2 Experimental Dosage to explode simultaneously to hatch an egg.
In the big egg section, spiders are always mutated. In the medium egg section, worms are always mutated. In the small egg section, parasites are always mutated.

Volatile Concoction

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=441362 - Powerful 8s DoT on the tank. When it expires, it deals extra damage based on the tank's missing health, with the damage reduced the healthier the tank is.

Unstable Infusion

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=450362 - Every 7.5s, the boss deals raid-wide damage, applies a healing absorption on every player, and launches projectiles that must be dodged.

Vicious Bite

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=438807 - Big Egg - Colossal Spider Upon hatching, a big spider spawns and must be tanked. It deals increasing heavy Nature damage to its target. If mutated, the spider gets 50% more HP and quickly reduces the healing done to its target.
kill the spiders before they kill the tanks.

Infest

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=442257 - Small Eggs - Blood Parasite Upon hatching, 5 parasites spawn and fixate on players. If they reach their target, they infest them, dealing damage for 10s and spawning 2 new parasites. Slow, CC, and kill them quickly. If mutated, parasites get 50% more HP and gain 10% movement speed every second.
Don't let parasites reach you. Slow, CC, and kill them.

Ingest Black Blood

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=442430 - At the start of the fight, and again when it reaches 100 Energy, Ovi'nax opens the nearest canister. Choose a section to start in before pulling the boss. The opening deals heavy raid-wide damage, applies a big healing absorption, and launches projectiles around the room. Ovi'nax then gains Unstable Infusion. Once the canister is open, it slowly fills its section with blood. Do not let the blood reach any egg; this deals massive raid-wide damage. Don't let adds stand in the blood; it mutates them and makes them dangerous. The boss can stand in blood.
Drag the boss near the canister you want to open and prep for damage.

Experimental Dosage

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=442526 - The boss marks 2 players with a purple circle. After 10s, they erupt, dealing damage to nearby players and hatching nearby eggs. Hatch the eggs before the blood reaches them. Always hatch eggs closest to the blood. Adds spawn from the broken eggs. All sections have all 3 different types of eggs, but each section features one type more predominantly.
If targeted, go to the eggs closest to the blood and break them.

Sticky Web

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=446349 - Ovi'nax covers a few players in webs, slowing players and causing them to take heavy damage until dispelled. When dispelled, they erupt, dealing heavy damage and rooting nearby players for 8s. Dispel players away from the raid!
Move away from the raid and ask for a dispel. Don't explode in the raid.

Poison Burst

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=446700 - Medium Egg - Voracious Worm Upon hatching, a static worm spawns, repeatedly casting Poison Burst, and dealing heavy raid-wide damage. Interrupt and kill it before the blood reaches it. Drag the boss near them to cleave! If mutated, the worm gets 50% more HP and casts twice as fast.
Interrupt the worms & kill them before blood reaches them.
