Personal Garden

In the upcoming expansion, "The World Within," Herbalism introduces a specialization called Cultivation. This specialization focuses on the ability to grow and collect special seeds, which can increase the amount of herbs you obtain. Here’s a guide to help you understand and make the most of the Cultivation specialization.
Activating Cultivation and Obtaining Seeds
To activate the Cultivation specialization, you need to invest knowledge points in the Botany section of Herbalism. Once activated, you will have the ability to obtain seeds when collecting herbs in the four zones of Khaz Algar.
There are four different types of seeds that you can obtain:
Planting Seeds and Harvesting Herbs
Once you have obtained a seed, you can head over to a location called Beledar's Bounty, situated in Hallowfall. Here you can interact with Rich Soil patches to plant your seed.
When you plant a seed, it will immediately grow into a herb that you can loot. By looting seeds when gathering herbs and planting them in Beledar's Bounty, you can increase the amount of herbs you obtain. This can be a valuable strategy to maximize your herb collection.
Frequency of Seed Drops
During the beta testing phase, it has been observed that you can obtain a seed after gathering approximately 10-15 herbs. However, it’s important to note that this information is based on beta testing and may be subject to change in the final release of the expansion.
