Terms of use

1. Service

RaidRoster provides addon distribution and optional Battle.net-linked roster sync “as is”. Features may change. World of Warcraft and Battle.net are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment; use of Blizzard APIs is subject to Blizzard’s terms and policies.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials confidential. You must not abuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, scrape third-party data beyond what Blizzard authorizes for your account, or use the service to harass others. Officers syncing guild rosters are responsible for having an appropriate basis to process other players’ character names/notes in their guild context.

3. Client and addons

Desktop client and addons are provided for personal/guild use with RaidRoster. You may not redistribute malware-modified builds. Sync requires leaving the desktop client available (Watch) as documented; game UI reloads may occur when staging push data.

4. No warranties

The service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that roster/iLvl/score data is complete or error-free. Game patches may break addons until updated.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, RaidRoster is not liable for indirect damages, lost progress, guild disputes, or Blizzard/API outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

6. Privacy and AI

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR). The core service is not an AI decision system; see the Privacy Policy AI Act section for transparency commitments.

7. Termination

You may delete your account via profile tools or by emailing the privacy contact. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
