Raszageth

Raszageth firmly believes that the dragon people should be as wild and free as the storms themselves. If she succeeds in freeing her fellow incarnations from their ancient prison, Raszageth and her people will overthrow the aspects and the influence of the Titans down to the erase the smallest trace from the world.

Heroic Changes
In P1 and P2, the add spawning from each player now starts with 2 charges. When you kill the first one, a second spawns that must also be dealt with.
P2: During the polarities, touching someone with a different polarity now inflicts an AoE burst damage. You must pre-spread.
In the second Intermission, two big adds spawn instead of one. They swap places when they teleport.
In P3, Raszageth applies a bomb on a random player that grips everyone when it explodes.
All phases: beams are now one-shot mechanics.

Electrified Jaws

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=377658 - Similar to Phase 1Tank swap ability. Heavy mix of physical and nature damage, and applies a vulnerability. Switch after each stack.

Lightning Strikes

dodge the zones on the ground. it's not a buff.

Raging Storm

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=377322 - Soft enrage mechanism, the room is slowly filled with AoEs.
kill the boss  before the room is filled with aoes.

Fulminating Charge

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=377467 - Similar to Phase 2Several players get a bomb that slows them. After 4s, the bomb explodes and leaves behind a DoT.If the explosion hits other players, the bomb will jump to the nearest player hit. After each jump, the explosion's radius gets smaller, so it's easier to prevent further jumps.
move out with the  bomb. if no player is hit the bomb is removed.

Lightning Breath

dodge the boss' big beam.

Hurricane Wing

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=377612 - At 100% energy, boss starts a 3s pushback channel that damages the raid. You need to use the zones left by the Static Charge bombs to resist it or you'll be thrown off the platform.
resist the pushback  by using the snare zones from the bombs.

Static Charge

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=381615 - Several players get a bomb debuff that explodes after 8s. The explosion deals huge damage to the raid, reduced by the distance between players and the explosion.Each explosion drops a zone on the ground that reduces movement speed and is mandatory to survive the boss' pushback.
drop your bomb out of the raid at assigned spots

Storm Nova

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=382434 - Raszageth casts this knockback when she enters in Phase 3.Use it to get knocked back onto the top platform or you will die. Position well.
use the knock to reach the top platform. aim well or die :(

Surge

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=382530 - This add spawns with a shield that deals damage to the raid.When the shield is broken, 7 additional minions spawn and the add gains an aura increasing the damage of all adds by 100%.
break the shields from the adds and quickly take them down.

Ball Lightning

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=385068 - The big adds throw orbs in random directions, stunning and inflicting damage to players hit.
dodge the orbs thrown by the big add.

Tempest Wing

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=385574 - Similar to Phase 2The boss hits the floor with her wings, dealing damage to the raid and releasing an expanding ring in the room that pushes back and inflicts damage.Move through it quickly to limit the damage.

Thunderous Blast

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=386410 - New tank mechanicBeam on the current tank for 2s, inflicting massive damage. 1.5s after the beam, this tank (and any other players hit) explodes and deals damage to the raid. The more the beam was mitigated, the less damage the raid takes.Applies a vulnerability, so switch tanks.
don't stand on tanks. tanks must mitigate to reduce the damage to raid.

Stormsurge

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=387261 - At 100 Energy, the boss gains a shield that must be broken. While active, each player gains a polarity (+ and -). Being close to a player from the same polarity gives you a 200% amplifier buff, being close to the opposite one inflicts a DoT.If the absorb shield isn't broken after 25s, it explodes and inflicts a nasty 90s DoT to the raid.
stay close to players with your polarity and  break the absorb shield.

Lightning Devastation

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=388115 - Similar to Intermission 1The boss sweeps across the platform, exhaling lightning in a line, inflicting heavy damage and leaving behind damaging AoE.

Volatile Current

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=388643 - Similar to Phase 1Every player gets a bomb, inflicting damage to the player and those nearby.All players spawn 1 invulnerable add with 1 Volatile charge. Interrupting (stun, kick, fear, incapacitate, etc.) or purging the add removes a charge. At 0 charge, it dies.If the add finishes its 3.5s Burst cast, it inflicts a heavy stacking DoT to the whole raid and dies.

Storm Break

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=389870 - The Stormfiends teleport. They leave behind tiny adds that will rush toward the Stormfiends. If they reach them, they apply a stackable 25% damage buff and heal them by 5%.After some time, the tiny adds become immune to CCs.
when the big add teleports, focus down the small ones and use controls to slow them.

Magnetic Charge

https://www.wowhead.com/en/spell=399713 - Speculation:An 8s bomb on random players. Upon explosion, it inflicts damage to the raid based on the distance. The farther away, the lower the damage.It should also pull the raid to the location of the explosion. Bombs should go to far safe spots.
